What is Mithril you ask? Well from a LOTR perspective, Mithril is an indestructible metal that was found in Moria. It is light as a feather, and can withstand tremendous heat.
Mithril from a scientific perspective, is an incredibly hard substance that is manufactured in labs by Ray Baughman. It is light as afeather, probably even more so. 280 grams of Mithril can span an acre. It is translucent, and stronger than industrial grade steel. The stuff they make buildings with and the stuff the Berlin Wall was reinforced with. So... Yeah. Thats it.
